1. Booking and Payment:
- All correspondence related to tour and travel service bookings with Ramble Advisor should be directed to our offices.
- To confirm a booking, a non-refundable advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either before departure from the home country or upon arrival in India but before the commencement of the services.
- Ramble Advisor reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining until the service starts.
- Full payment for Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year) is required in advance.

Overseas advance payments can be made through Wire Transfer to our designated bank account.

- After the finalization of the Tour/Service Cost, any increase in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
- Ramble Advisor acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors. Exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions provided by these service providers.
- Itineraries are sample schedules, subject to changes based on factors such as weather, road conditions, and participants' physical abilities. Ramble Advisor reserves the right to alter schedules for the safety and well-being of participants.
- Rates are based on negotiated agreements with hotels and airlines. Rates may be modified without notice by hotels and airlines, and any changes will be adjusted accordingly.
- Ramble Advisor is not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or any unforeseen incidents.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts of GOD, dangers, accidents, breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, or any other causes beyond our control.
- Ramble Advisor does not provide insurance covering accidents, sickness, or loss. Visitors are advised to arrange suitable insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk.
- Ramble Advisor is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
By booking with Ramble Advisor, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Ramble Advisor reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
